The standard RCM Implementation method covers the implementation parameters and approach for these complex ERP projects. Many companies, however, have outgrown their systems and need to take advantage of a more streamlined implementation approach to meet an aggressive Implementation schedule and a modest budget. To meet this end, RCM has developed the use of an implementation variation to the standard traditional methodology, which allows for the use of a prototype even earlier in the Implementation process.
