RCM understands that the applications can deliver the backbone of a successful solution. However, reports, workflow and extensions are necessary to complete and optimize the solution. RCM offers onsite fixed monthly development services or a la carte development services.

Report Writing
Ever have a report from an old system that you would love to have but can't get? Do you have a current report that you can live with, but if you could only…?  RCM offers offsite (or onsite if you prefer) Oracle report writing.

If a standard Oracle report needs to be modified and/or additional reports are required, RCM can fulfill such requests as well.

Customizations
In order for a business to run on any ERP system, RCM understands that the ERP system needs to integrate with other applications and cannot be stand-alone. In addition, companies commonly have special unique characteristics and requirements that cannot be ignored and must be incorporated within their ERP system.

Customizations are defined as custom coding or modifications of existing Oracle coding and documentation. Coding includes Oracle Workflow, Oracle Alert, Financials/Sales Analyzer, Oracle Reports, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Forms, and PL/SQL. Documentation includes business procedures and training materials. Customizations may also include data conversions.

For any major or minor customizations, RCM develops a functional specification, a technical specification, and a testing document - all of which are included as part of the customization documentation.
