Education & Training

RCM has created a comprehensive curriculum to enhance the capabilities of our client's team. Our training is instructor-led using a combination of proven training material as well as hands-on practice exercises. Depending on the client's specific requirements, the training can be process-focused, such as "Procure to Pay" or "Order to Cash" or role-oriented, such as Fixed Assets or Order Entry. As our training material is broken into areas of expertise and then further into functions and tasks, we can customize training to meet our client's requirements. We want our clients to get the most out of their training budgets and time.

Training Facilities
RCM offers training at our office and at client-provided training facilities. Our in-house training facility can comfortably accommodate 16 users. We can provide a training instance that is set up based on Oracle Best Practices or we can train on a test instance provided by our client. Our objective is to offer the best possible training experience for each participant.

Project Team Training
RCM offers training that focuses on setup considerations necessary to implement a fresh installation of the E-Business Suite or upgrade to the latest Oracle offering. We have detailed questionnaires covering all major Application decision points. These points are explained in detail to help the implementation team make the best decisions to meet the individual needs of the business.

Super User (Train the Trainer) Training
RCM offers training to client-designated Super Users who are expected to take that knowledge back and train their respective team members. We do this by offering process-oriented training that not only covers specific functionality but also explains the connect points between Oracle modules. For example, in teaching Oracle Payables, we also cover the creation of a Purchase Order and processing of a receipt. As a result, the Super Users have a deeper understanding of the process and are able to support and trouble shoot issues more easily.

End-User Training
RCM offers end-user training that focuses on the specific jobs and tasks of the people in attendance. In addition, we believe in training the end users "just-in-time." Our objective is to have users leave our training with the ability to perform their assignments when they return to their office, receiving dock, factory floor.
