Adsorption Drying Processes: Molecular Sieve Units (MSUs)
Leader in Research & Delivery
RCM Thermal Kinetics has conducted exhaustive research and development into the performance, modeling and optimization of fuel ethanol dehydration (and other organic chemicals) using Pressure Vacuum Swing Adsorption (PVSA) on molecular sieves.

Patented Systems
Since 1999 we have installed numerous plants using two bed and three bed MSU configurations. RCM Thermal Kinetics can upgrade existing plants with our efficient patented system. Our plants range from a few million gallons per year (MMGPY) for demonstration plants up to 110 MMGPY production capacity. We can supply modular skidded systems.
We can design plants to operate adsorption processes at pressures as low as 20 PSIA while achieving an ethanol dryness down to 0.03 wt% moisture.
